体験日の前日・当日：100％

なお、空席がある場合は別の日に振替可能で、キャンセル料金は発生しません。
ただし、無断キャンセルの場合は、体験料金の100％をご請求いたしますのでご注意ください。

【旅行会社の皆様】

最終人数確定後（体験日の２週間前）以降の人数変更はできません。
キャンセルの場合、体験料金の100％をご請求いたします。

Cancellation policy

【For Individual Customers～under 12 guests～】

Comfirm the number of pertiepents two weeks before the scheduled day.
In accordance of our policy, you are required to pay a cancellation fee.

The day before the experience： 100%

If there are seats available, you can transfer to another date and no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that 100% of the experience fee will be charged in case of cancellation without notice.

【For Agent】
