ご予約のキャンセルについて

【個人のお客様】

体験日の前日・当日：100％
※　当日の考え方…体験の24時間前以降のキャンセルに対してキャンセル料がかかります。
（例）4月2日　10時にご予約の場合
　　　4月1日の9時にキャンセル…キャンセル料はかかりません
　　　4月1日の11時にキャンセル…キャンセル料がかかります

なお、空席がある場合は別の日に振替可能で、キャンセル料金は発生しません。
ただし、無断キャンセルの場合は、体験料金の100％をご請求いたしますのでご注意ください。

【旅行会社の皆様】

最終人数確定後（体験日の２週間前）以降の人数変更はできません。
キャンセルの場合、体験料金の100％をご請求いたします。

Cancellation policy

【For Individual Customers】

Cancellation fee will be required 24 hours before scheduled time.

If there are seats available, you can transfer to another date and no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that 100% of the experience fee will be charged in case of cancellation without notice.

【For Agent】 

Comfirm the number of  participants two weeks before the scheduled day.

Cancellation fee（100％） will be required after comfirmation.
