Omamori Luchy Charm Making Experience（Approx. 30 min/ English Guidance5,000yen）

There are more than 300 amulet bags made out of used kimonos, and more than 10 differnt colors of codes.
Let’s make one-of-the-kind omamori lucky charm.
Write the wish on a mini shamoji which is prayed at Tokujuiji temple.
The completed Omamori Charm will be offered to the Buddha and pray. Take your Omamori with you .
Enjoy a little story about the history of Miyajima！
Calligraphy on Shamoji（approx. 30 min/English Guidance5,000yen）

Write your fevorite letter on Miyajima’s speciality item Shamoji(rice Scoop).
Use brush pen for confortable use.
It will be good souvenir with Miyajima designed stamps on it. Of course enjoy the history of Shamoji of this island.

Tea Ceremony（Approx. 30min／English Guidance5000yen）

Learn how to drink Matcha tea while seeing tea ceremony.
Enjoy the process of making tea and serene atmosphare. We use locally made “Miyajima pottary” for the tea ceremony.
After tea ceremony let’s try “Bon Ryaku Temae” Begginer style tea ceremony and learn how to make good Matcha tea.
Facility
We are located in Tokujuji temple, just about 5 min walk from Miyajima Ferry Terminal.
Japanese Garden and lobby are available that we can take big group of people.
Max size of group
For Omamori charm making :100 people.
For Shamoji Calligraphy: 84 people
For Tea ceremony we can take upto 12 people.
We can arrange different time for each group or class.

The contents of the activities and time can be arranged for your scedule.

Cancellation Policy
The number of participants cannot be changed after the confirmation. (two weeks before the sceduled date). In case of cancellation, 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
